Sales Consultant in the digital automotive industry wanted!

AutoJini is seeking Sales Consultants to represent our products in designated geographical locations throughout the U.S.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be an experienced sales professional with a reputable client base of auto dealers, who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. Must be ambitious seeking not only to meet sales goals but surpass them determined to get the sale no matter the cost. Candidates will be considered "The Closer" when it comes to deals and relying heavily on tough negotiation skills. Candidates must possess the ability to communicate with General Managers, Internet Managers, and other auto industry professionals in a highly competitive field. You will be provided with all the necessary resources to conduct business such as; computers, office space, etc. All consultant candidates are responsible for all expenses associated with conducting business unless otherwise indicated.

Candidates must be willing to pursue and establish new business relationships with franchise and independent auto dealerships in a designated region to promote and sell all AutoJini products. You must be able to build on the current listing of client and non-client dealerships in the designated region. Candidates will work out of the Ames, Iowa location unless they reside outside of Iowa. All candidates will be required to report all weekly sales activities for planning purposes and to ensure the proper commission payouts. Candidates will be required to participate in all scheduled sales calls in the office.

What Autojini will expect:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales to dealerships. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel to the dealership throughout the region and meet directly with the general managers. Please provide a portfolio of successful sales relationships with automotive dealerships that can be verified. Candidate must have a proven track record of prospecting, lead follow up, and closing business deals. Candidate must be a well-motivated, self-starter, and data-driven individual that works well with a team and individually. The ideal candidate must have the desire to learn technical products with ease.
